My role: concept and composition design, spatial layout planning, material and finish selection
This project features an immersive layout designed to replicate a real home environment. Furniture and compositions were strategically arranged to balance functional everyday needs with the aesthetic priorities and lifestyle of the local market. A key element is the entrance wall, designed to showcase the systems' verticality and create an immediate visual impact. The project also emphasizes the relationship with the exterior: we used the brand’s architectural furniture to create a partition wall that acts as a domestic threshold, separating the store from the outside like a private home entrance. We collaborated with a local Shanghai firm, providing the direction for finishes, materials, and styling while they managed the structural development.
