During the lockdown, I experienced higher levels of anxiety due to the repetitiveness of moments and spaces. So I started to look at ways to calm down and I found out about Mindfulness: the state of mind that brings you to live the present. One way to practice it is to focus on some mechanical activities such as stress relief toys. Here my idea was born. Design a piece of furniture, that could enter also in small homes, in a way that it is also a fidget toy. The solution was a foldable carpet that works like the Jeliku puzzle. It can take different shapes and while assembling it people can live a mindful moment - thanks also to the soft material -. It is also a way to quickly break the aspect of a room. Finally, people can also use it as a place where to sit or lay in different positions - they can create the shape - and relax.
