Stube is what we call the typical Alpinian stove. It’s a brickwork structure, where the combustion happens, which is surrounded by a wooden bench where you can sit and benefit from the heat. It needs just a few pieces of wood to work because its body consents to preserve the heat for a long time. The concept was to use this technology to heat a bathtub which is juxtaposed to the stove.
